"Dan and his team came very quickly after I first called them, and diagnosed the problem within hours while also giving the whole system a good jet wash. The following day his team worked tirelessly to repair my drain - they were very knowledgable, the work was tidy and to a high standard, and they were nice chaps, too. "Phoned on a Saturday afternoon. Got quote, knew what I was to pay and what service (jetting and camera). Two hours later Nathan was here. Blocked pipe cleared, but he sent camera down and continued to jet water down until it was as clear as he could get it. He COULD have left earlier as the blockage was resolved, but was particular about doing the best he could do. Provided suggestions on remedial work for the future. Worked with good humour throughout. They are now going to be on my phone contacts list for future work. "I had a blocked pipe and called for somebody to come out as it was backing up a toilet and I need to get it sorted urgently. The team came round the same day. They sorted it and showed me on their camera that there was something stuck in the pipe which had been dropped during other work being done. The team gave me a full breakdown of what needed to be done and gave me a time scale of 6 to 12 months when they recommended it needed to be sorted by. A few months passed and I called them to come and fix the issue found on the camera last time. When they arrived they first put the camera down to check the blockage only to find that it had gone. I was not outside at the time so they could have easily just carried on with the work agreed. However they came to find me to inform me that the blockage had now washed away and that no further work needed to be done. I would highly recommend this company for their honesty let alone the great quick work they did first time round."

"What can I say other than life savers! For 3 days we had a blocked toilet and had 4 plumbers come round and none could fix it. Each one said different things. And with kids at home it was becoming extremely difficult for us. We even contacted a high well known company Dyno who would not touch the job. Becoming very upset and giving up hope, me and my husband searched on google for any drain company, we rang a few and all were booked or couldnt come ASAP. We rang drain medics who spoke to a plumber who was here at the time and explained what the problem was. Within 2 hours Drain Medics came and within 20 mins cleared the blockage, cleaned my gutter which we also found out was the reason my house had a foul odour and put the toilet back on.
